2.1 Fulfillment Timeframes & Processing
- Same-Day Shipping: All standard research orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will be securely processed and dispatched on the same business day.
- Orders received over weekends or national holidays will be shipped on the following business day.
2.2 Shipping Rates & Discreet Packaging
- Free Domestic Shipping: All research orders totaling $150 or more automatically qualify for free expedited domestic shipping.
- Discreet Packaging: To ensure privacy and transport security, all compounds are shipped in secure, unmarked white cardboard packaging with no direct reference to “peptides” or specific biological chemical compounds on the exterior label.
- Standard transit time across domestic regions takes between 2 to 4 business days. Tracking details are automatically transmitted via email immediately upon shipment dispatch.
2.3 Temperature Sensitivity & Climate Control
Our biological materials are structurally optimized via advanced freeze-drying techniques (lyophilization) to withstand standard transport temperatures. However, we recommend retrieving your delivery promptly upon arrival to maintain product structural integrity.
2.4 Cancellation and Return Restrictions
- No Returns on Open/Delivered Items: Due to strict laboratory compliance laws, quality control safeguards, and biological safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any compound once delivery is finalized. We cannot restock or resell returned chemical agents.
- Order Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel an order, you must contact our support desk within 1 hour of placement. Once an order is transferred to our domestic fulfillment hub, cancellation is impossible.
- Damaged Shipments: In the rare event a glass vial arrives fractured or compromised during transport, please transmit a digital photograph of the damaged shipment to
sales@revivewellness.co within 24 hours of delivery confirmation for an immediate review and replacement. -
